Welcome to Skincare by Alexis. To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced. Cancellations made after this time will incur a $30 fee. That also includes making appointments for multiple services and canceling one service at arrival.
No-Shows
Out of respect for my time and other clients, I have a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be unable to book future appointments.
Deposits
For first time clients, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure your appointment thru Zelle. This amount will be applied toward your service.
Late Arrivals
Please notify me if you are running late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure adequate service time.
